Never heard of Cab Franc prior to moving to Virginia. Why not? This is good stuff! — 11 years ago
So smooth. Goes down WAY too easy! :-) — 12 years ago
Perhaps a touch on the down swing, this luxurious and sophisticated build still provided plenty of pleasure for a holiday special meal. Complex from quality fruit… The special 2010 vintage provided ripeness for the CabSauvignon and merlot components. Thoughtful oak exposure provided just enough framework and the inherent herb inlay... particularly from the PV. Former Governors cup case gold — 5 years ago
Pleasing full-bodied sweet dessert wine with blackberry notes. — 9 years ago
Grapefruit, melon. Fuller-bodied with a heavy mouthfeel, but a smooth, velvety finish. Interesting and well done. Has raised the bar for Virginia. — 11 years ago
Quite delish! Just a one barrel build from the small lot on the property. Excellent varietal expression while being indicative of the terroir. Really distinct and unique relative to CF, PV, or merlot. Well done Suhda!! — 6 years ago

Thick & viscous - dense brambleberry and prune at 15yr+ old. While a little over the hill, this still had rich flavor from a very sugary vintage. Decent cleansing power with fillet. — a month ago
