V10. Big wine, decant for 45mn. Tar, cedar, slight smokey bouquet. Deep dark berries and pepper fruit. Soft chalk and leather finish. A bit unbalanced, and can lay down a while...watch out! — 8 years ago
Did a museum-release tasting at Stonier today - they had a rare back-vintage sale. This was immediately good, and is a massive pleasure to drink. You'd have to be OK with aged malo characters but this has sweet fruit, winemaking choices just right for balance and complexity and a lovely feel, weight and length. — 10 years ago

2002 Domaine Francois Raveneau Chablis. First white to start the post-museum lunch at Il P. Crisp with mineraly shellfish. Perfect with the stone crabs. Awesome and our fave white of the meal- over the 2012 Gaja Gaia & Rey — 8 years ago
