Blend of 83% Semillon, 12% Sauv Blanc & 5% Muscadelle, golden medium lemon color with a complex botrytis bouquet of ripe sweet stone fruits, lemongrass and sweet floral perfume spice. On the palate peach, apricot and honey flavors adding in some nutty sweet oak encompassed by complex botrytis, "noble rot" fruit. Long finish ending with sweet creamy character. Rich, grass and lemon notes in mouth, lactic and citric finish, with some apricot, lemon, minerality and skin astringency in aftertaste. Stays crisp, not at all flabby, rounded mouthfeel but seems less alcoholic than percentage listed. Somewhat more complex and fruity than most WA state Semillons and Sauvignon blancs I've tasted.
