An excellent medium bodied Cabernet, this wine is rich in creamy tannins but not so much as to be “liquid bread “. It has very pleasant, yet restrained, Bing cherry and red currant flavors. Sept 2017. Opened this after a lighter, fruited red, made this taste harsh. Definitely decant! That would have helped. When I returned to it a day or 2 later I liked it a lot more.
