2013 white - with lunch at MIO (Montpellier). Glad I still have some of this in the cellar - it is tempting to drink the Gassac whites young as they're full of vigorous Viognier goodness. Now showing a bit more complexity, a defined robe of apples and tonic emerging over the top of the Caribbean fruits. Well worth a try! — 9 years ago
