Nose: nice bouquet of honey, lime, apricot, baked apples, also floral notes
Palate: lively with huge minerality (it's almost fizzy!) - apricot, citrus, lime.. good balance of flavours.

Nose: very nice garrigue suddenly evident: time, rosemary, stew meat; then red/black berries – clearly smells of steak! (in a good way)
Palate: bright and smooth tannins with good acidity. Medium body. Good acidity. Good balance of everything of the previous.

Solid wine, too young when we opened it. — 10 years ago
Lovely dark ruby. Dates and a bit of raisin supported by mint and mineral. Med + body with gentle tannin. Round, but not soft. Awesome. — 10 years ago
2013 white - with lunch at MIO (Montpellier). Glad I still have some of this in the cellar - it is tempting to drink the Gassac whites young as they're full of vigorous Viognier goodness. Now showing a bit more complexity, a defined robe of apples and tonic emerging over the top of the Caribbean fruits. Well worth a try! — 10 years ago
Apple on the nose. Long finish. — 11 years ago
