Trosset 2010. Classic mondeuse. — 12 years ago
Very interesting blend of grapes! 41.5% Gros Manseng, 37% Sauvignon Gris, 13% Savagnin, 8.5% Mondeuse Blanche. Pretty aromatics of jasmine, lemon zest, and white flowers and a nice straw color to the wine. The pallet is high in acid, and full of bright citric fruits, creme fresh, lime, and light mineral tones to the finish. Would be lovely with oysters - not a wine you'd expect from Bordeaux necessarily but the Sauvignon Gris brings it back home. — 8 years ago
Fuller and grippier than I thought it would be. Very well balanced, nice earth and a little funk. Just liked the label ;) — 10 years ago
Pleasant surprise smooth with a slight pepper. Enjoying at Char Cut Calgary a suggestion of their sommelier Matt. Highly recommended. — 10 years ago

2011. Sort of a more austere cry Beaujolais: crushed rock and violets, just more rock and less fruit. — 10 years ago
Beautiful fresh blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate with lovely minerality and acidity and completely balanced soft tannins...in love... — 12 years ago
