This is excellent! And I thought it was cool that I just happened to be reading about Mona Lisa! I guess this wine was bottled at Fattoria La Ripa owned in the 15th century by the one and only Mona Lisa! The label recalls Leonardo's typical back to front handwriting. Feel like I just had the Mona Lisa in a bottle. Cigar, leather, lead pencil, tobacco with plums and cassis underneath. On the palate the most supple tannins that delightfully dance in your mouth and a finish that is as long as my drive on hole 4 from the morning, long and strong. — 6 years ago
