Beautiful vintage Krug, but clearly still very young (which is slightly nuts). Bubbles are quite fine but still very present. Yeasty and mouth filling - there is real power here. 1973: Beautiful bottle. Wines like this make everyone stop and take notice. The color was clear and light. Arresting nose full of plums and roasted beets.
