Mint, mint, and more mint. A walk through the woods next to a neighborhood with freshly mowed lawns. Absolutely incredible flavor with a sucker punch! Not your typical passive sake, but I true work of art! Oh and the aftertaste? A breeze of misty lime. A must taste! — 10 years ago

Good taisting with prosciutto misty. — 12 years ago
In your face flavor and depth not quite expected of a 2010. Fruity like a California wine, but much more complex than most wines that focus on the fruit-forward. Has a tangy edge to it, but also a loamy warmth that you would probably smell in a humid, misty forest that gets plenty of rain and has lots of moss growing on the trees. Easy to drink on its own, medium-bodied. — 12 years ago
Like breathing in and drinking a misty New England forest in autumn. What more can I say? — 8 years ago
Wonderful depth, a golden creamy nectar enjoyed on misty seaside afternoon, medium acidity, with a note of phenolic bitterness. — 9 years ago

Rubber on the acidic ironing board with orange rind. Dry, dry apricot juice, fermented with champagne yeast. The Demi-Sec comes through tart, with pear fires burning in the distance on a misty morning marsh walk. — 12 years ago
Great Cab. Bought at HEB in 2017 for $18-20. Misty liked it. I couldn't place what I liked about it, but it's very good. — 8 years ago

Great chianti. First tasted (diff vintage) la fattoria restaurant in Tuscany. Dark, cloudy burnt red color. Misty nose, dried sour cherries but not much fruit. Not a lot of layers but pleasant with soft tannins and a nice finish. — 10 years ago
