Needs an hour decant at least at this point. My guess is it needs 2 years to really strut its stuff. A baby Hercules. Incredible coiled power at this point. You can feel it more than taste it. Incredible spice. Lemon pith. Mineral. Petrol. Really saturates the palate. Hints of green Apple but mere hints. Has a weight like Kellers hubacker but more restrained. Smokey nose. Palate is great. Lovely rich fruit. Big acidity nice density on the palate. Pure as pure lemon zest. Wow. Like the best ever. There’s some indescribable savory thing going on that’s just bloody awesome. Lovely internal aromatics. Savory finish with a brisk acidic zing. Wow.
