At Batard in NYC. Decanted. Nice aged ruby color. Sweet nose including ripe berries, mushroom, forest floor and some spice. Good mouth feel that lasts long enough to give you the terroir impact. Really like the finish. This was on the wine list at two restaurants in NYC this week and both somms said this was a recent direct release from the domaine. So good provenance and a good showing for a so so vintage. — 10 years ago

Young, but very good. Classic Chablis profile. Lemons, green apples, and oyster shells on a glycerin-tinged frame. — 11 years ago
Loving me some Chebby! — 12 years ago
Stone fruit, really acidic, huge nectarine that's not quite ready, lemon. Nice to have a great Chardonnay that isn't Oaked. Our first Chablis, which made it more special! — 8 years ago
Une bonne Syrah sur des fruits noirs, avec un début d'arôme secondaires, le tout très équilibré. Super rapport qualité prix! — 10 years ago
Light to med gold in the glass. Apricot and honeysuckle in the nose with stones. Huge in the mouth. Very rich. Best Niellon I've had. — 11 years ago

This + Szechwan green beans? Delish. Another triumph, @baygrape! I'm ready to re-up very soon. — 11 years ago
A blend of Grenache from the right side of the Rhone river and Syrah from the left side cooler adds some freshness — 12 years ago
