Absolutely delicious wine! Great acid balanced with minerality, pear, oak, vanilla, some smokiness, white flowers. Maybe my favorite wine of the night...and was a super interesting pairing with venison tartare. — 9 years ago
Medium minus to light ruby to brick. Perfume, lavender, rose garden, buttercream, scented erasers. Medium plus to high acidity, medium sugar, medium to low alcohol — 9 years ago
nice acid, not heavy but rich and long finish is what makes this wine worthwhile for me — 10 years ago
Light and some lemon grass, pear, solid acid, smells sweet and beautiful, good chalk and olive — 8 years ago
Dusty creek basin, dried raspberries, cranberries and rainier cherry contrast with sliced red plum, crepe paper, sunflower petal. Incredible depth and texture, with stony plum, dried black cherry, fig skin, powdery raspberry, dried violets, and a baked, black olive and red saffron aura. This is a fine burgundy, and at a price that makes you smile! — 8 years ago
2014. St Veran that knows what it is and isn't trying to pretend to be something else. Distinctive. — 9 years ago
Strong smell of citrus fruit. Taste is definite lemon mixed with vanilla. Nice mouthfeel. Good reminder of why I like white burgundies. Great deal on WTSO. — 8 years ago
Delicious and spicy. Why is finding a good red burgundy for $20 so difficult? — 8 years ago

Took a while to open up, but once it did, it's all flowers & spices. This one is gonna be killer--holding the next bottle for a bit. Paired with braised french onion chicken with gruyère. — 7 years ago
