13% vol. 5.9g/L acidity. Residual sugar 12.1g/L. VDP. 2012 Riesling Grosses Lage from Sachsen. Picking end of October - 8 hours of skin contact. Pretty, fresh and subtle. Melts on the palate. Mouth coating finish with spices and a touch hot at the back. — 9 years ago

Muss etwas wärmer getrunken werden, dadurch entfalten sich Würze deutlich besser. Tolle Säure, langlebig, toller Speisebegleiter — 9 years ago
Sweet yet tart, with a pleasant sharpness in the aftertaste. A real treat alongside weißer Spargel. — 9 years ago
Young. Elegant but still prominent oakiness. Very dark fruit character & excellent concentration. Will be lovely pinot noir that's plainly not from burgundy. — 10 years ago
Awesome! Incredibly smooth, yet dry. — 10 years ago

Very nice. Dry with nice fruit balance — 12 years ago
Tight white wine with depth and steely acidity for good German food. Slate on the nose. Taste is long and complex like the pulp of a white grapefruit. — 9 years ago
Bought today on a whim near Meissen Germany. I understand 2011 was a warm year here in Germany. This wine is showing brilliantly. Smoke, blackberry, brambly fruit, white pepper, classic spice but so soft! Smooth. Worth $21 EU spent. Wish I could bring a case of this home. — 10 years ago
