Très croquant, comme dans ça goûte conne lorsqu'on croque dans une pomme mcintosh fraîche — 10 years ago
Delectable identified this incorrectly..It's McIntosh Cellars from South Haven, Michigan. This dry cider is my newest favorite from @Kyle Whodrinks Michigan trip. Delicious crisp backbone & sweet peak ripeness Michigan apples. VERY FRESH :) — 11 years ago

Hay, wet dog, sweet apples, honey. Cheeze 😍 — 12 years ago
Blend of Golden Russet, Bramley's Seedling, Porter's Perfection and Cox Orange Pippin. Pale white in color, cloudy. Lightly carbonated with fine bubble size. McIntosh like aroma profile. Tangerine flavor with citrus tartness, mixed citric and malic finish. Should go great with food — 8 years ago
A very subtle and pretty cider. The ginger and "forest" shows up near the end and oh so discreetly. Otherwise, lovely fresh McIntosh and Gala flavors - of the kind you pick yourself. — 9 years ago

This is an outstanding example of 100% Pinot Noir, crafted from 40-year-old vines planted in limestone soils. Marie-Courtin
Efflorescence Extra Brut 2008 has the merest blush of pink when held up to the light, and the nose is an ebullient, fresh expression of ripe strawberries, raspberries, McIntosh apples, rose petal and kirsch. Weighty and full, the center of gravity lies in a vein of bright acidity, minerality and subtle touch of Fleur de Sel. Finishes with cherry pit and blood orange. Disgorged 03 2013 — 11 years ago
Traditions Cidre Bouche French style keeved cider 2016. 6.5% a/v light golden color. Light to moderate carbonation. McIntosh aroma profile. Neutral flavor, slight caramel finish. Some astringency comes out as cider reaches room temperature and it tastes much more complex served this way, like a traditional ale — 8 years ago
This Pinot Blanc is so beautiful! Lovely ripe nectarines, fresh pineapple, and apple blossoms on the nose. Bright on the entry, with McIntosh apples and fresh white peaches gushing into the palate, unfolding into guava, ripe Comice pears, and finishing in lemon pith and peppercorn. Goes well with spicy butternut squash soup. — 9 years ago
McIntosh apple, crisp pear, citrus. Underlying honey. Crushed flower. Hot cereal. Steel wool. Medium plus acid. Didn't get the chiseled mineral. Thinner texture that developed after a few hours. I think it could use a little time to settle. — 10 years ago
Soft petillant, fruit flesh and skin in balance. More complex than most McIntosh ciders. #québec — 11 years ago

Eight varieties blended. Light golden brown. No carbonation. Perfumed apple aromas. Heavy malic and McIntosh flavor profile, apricot skin too, watery with subtone of apple flavors. Light to moderate acid, fairly dry. "Taut tannins" were light, "austere flavors", definitely. 6.9% a/v, RS 0.8% — 8 years ago
