Lemony with good acidity. Surprisingly vibrant for the age. — 11 years ago
Pretty tasty. Still prefer the Matua SB for the price. — 11 years ago
Exceptional. For when I'm feeling a little more fancy than Matua. — 12 years ago
A tidy little wine. This will really open up with some age, just like Julie Bishop. Stayer. — 10 years ago
I'm not going to lie: sometimes I pick a wine by its label. This wine pleasantly surprised me. Always a fan of the clean, refreshing Sauvignon Blancs of Marlborough. I believe this label is part of the Matua family. Green apple and kiwi, with plenty of citrus and bright acidity - reminded me at times of Welch's white grape juice, too, but in a good way. Goes down very easily, and more complex than the Matua. Not sure it's quite worth the added price to pick it over the Matua on a regular basis, but If you're looking for an easy sipper with a bit more dimension, this is a good choice. — 10 years ago
Pale gold, zesty lime, fuzzy peach skin, dry, good, bright acidity, medium bodied with a lively white pepper and peach flavour. Deliciously long. — 11 years ago
