Garnatxa Blanca, Pansal & Pedro Ximenez blend. Hazelnut, yellow apple, white peach, gravelly minerals, flint. Nice acidity and finish. After decant for a time, oxidative nuttiness and dried fruits emerge. — 9 years ago
