As soon as I poured it I knew that we were in for a treat. Probably the same color as when it was bottled. Mersault-like, which I'm not likely to say about Martinelli often. Perfect with a cheese plate lunch. — 10 years ago

I'm impressed with the staying power of the '99 Martinelli Pinot Noir 'Three Colts'. Still powerful with earthy aromas of dark fruit, minerals and tobacco. Slow developing sweet cherry liqueur flavors gradually fade to a pleasant, but dry finish. — 12 years ago
