[Tasted on December 9, 2017 at Marsh House in Nashville with Jay, and again on December 6, 2024 at Luogo in Nashville with Jay]
Excellent Brunello. Raspberry and cherry fruit, with some pencil box, tobacco, minerality and a touch of barnyard on the nose. Silky and very well balanced. Rated 95 points by Wine Spectator and named number 4 on Wine Spectator's Top 100 wines of 2017. — 7 years ago
Smooth red Sangiovese blend with steak frites at On The Marsh — 8 years ago
On the nose you get some smoky sweet marsh mellow, cinnamon, subtle dust. On the palate this wine is balanced nicely, good fruit taste but a little heavier as well. This is a fantastic example of well made Pinot. — 8 years ago
Great with Salmon Portobello on the Marsh! — 10 years ago
Great work Jo Marsh. Restrained GT with plenty of spice and punch, great balance with out excessive cloying musk and musty notes. Neat match at home with san choi bao. Bottles are scarce. Catch it if you can. — 10 years ago

This is a tight, crisp lean, delightful, refreshing Cotes de Provence wine. Some 2017 rose' are proving to be too plump for my tastes, but this one seems perfect. Had it with some casual seafood at an outdoor joint, the briny salt marsh air proved to be a perfect companion. — 7 years ago

Brimming with ripe Russian River Valley fruit. Black cherry, raspberry and strawberries, with oak and tobacco. Lush and well made, but not my personal style of Pinot Noir. Extracted and a bit too hot for my palate. 14.8% ABV. 90 cases produced by Tuck Beckstoffer Wines. — 7 years ago
Very open and nicely perfumed. Fairly rich with a nice tail and acidity. Hints of salt marsh and faint salted licorice, but with kiwi, green fruit and buttered lemon towards the end. — 8 years ago

10/14/2017 Vintage 2012. Drank at the Marsh House in Nashville with Bob and Penni — 8 years ago
Floral, irony, leather, spices, herbs. Incredible colour not fading on the orange yet.
Great balance, enjoyable and persistent. Half Unknown producer that doesn't make Pinot noir anymore, good vintage, huge surprise. Lucky me or lucky the winemaker that suggested to drink this wine young?😂😂✌️ — 9 years ago
Sweet and tart. More of a treat or once and a blue moon wine. Perfect for hot summer days in the sun. Local for me (Bala Ontario Canada) and I will always support. Huge fan of Johnsons cranberry marsh. I recommend 100%. — 10 years ago
Yamhill-Carlton AVA, bright cherries, dried rose petals and spice on the finish. — 10 years ago
Also refreshing from producer Eric Kent seven Jan block without the grassy nonsense or the price of a rich Sancerre, I could drink this all day — 11 years ago
Rubber on the acidic ironing board with orange rind. Dry, dry apricot juice, fermented with champagne yeast. The Demi-Sec comes through tart, with pear fires burning in the distance on a misty morning marsh walk. — 12 years ago
