Very bright but very excellent Bourgogne rouge. — 5 years ago
Light and fruity. Almost an effervescent quality. Lime zest and tartness come through on the finish. — 6 years ago
One of the best Bourgogne level reds I have ever tasted. Total rose water explosion. Delicate and sweet. Hint of rhubarb. If you like the treble notes if Pinot this is for you. Bass lovers look elsewhere. — 6 years ago
Beautiful smell and taste. Lovely on the tounge — 7 years ago

Very mild nice wine — 11 years ago
Nose of highway rest areas. ( as in pure diesel). My daughter didn’t even want to try it. But after some mild coaxing she did. Crisp, zesty, expressive- some pineapple and lemon/ lime zest. Touch, just a touch of sugar on the tail end. Marvelous wine for $15. — 5 years ago
Beautiful spicy tart cherry and spice, with a bit of black pepper, great depth and freshness. — 5 years ago
Black cherry, boysenberry, blood orange, sassafras, licorice, clove, allspice, tobacco. Dark fruit profile, serious acid and very grippy tannins. A bit hard and austere on the palate right now but has the stuffing to age a few years and round out some of the jagged edges. Fair amount of complexity and depth for a more than reasonable price. — 6 years ago
Excellent with scallops and shrimps on bbq. Recipe on https://www.ricardocuisine.com. Blacked scallops and shrimps brochettes lemon and garlic — 7 years ago
Great wine! Nice example of cab franc — 7 years ago
WOTN. We enjoyed this as well as some others that I was unable to take a picture of at Cafe Boulud in Palm beach. The wine pairing was perfection. Cafe Boulud ALWAYS gets it done correctly! 😍🍷🍷😍. Thank you to our chairman for structuring this phenomenal dinner. — 8 years ago
Nice reliable bottle of Pinot Noir. Great with duck! Expressive smooth tannins with notes of cherries and rose petals. — 8 years ago

A fantastic, serious wine and a fantastic deal. Really classic Morey st Denise. An enchanting and intoxicating nose with dark fruit, sweet earth, meaty notes, bay leaf and thyme; a hint of leather and game, maybe eucalyptus or amaro and an ethereal undercurrent of natural woods, woodsy without oaky or vanilla notes. Powerful, Round, rich, silky and savory on the palate. Not at all opulent but just in a great window with some resolves tannins despite still having a strong tannic spine. Baking spices followed by Sweet earth and sandalwood dominate a long finish. With air, also get a long dark cherry note, maybe some chocolate covered cherry. Deeper and more exotic savory notes. SIlky, plush and an earthier expression of a chambolle. Serious, and maybe even sexy ;-) — 5 years ago
— 6 years ago
A real smokiness that I enjoyed — 7 years ago
Almost identical to Amayna from Chile, with a dry touch. Easy to enjoy. — 7 years ago
Paired so nicely with a seafood-forward meal we had at the outstanding (and simply stunning) new Grey Gardens resto in Kensington Market. This chard was ever-so-slightly effervescent which only added to its bright and fresh quality. — 7 years ago
Meaty, with cooked raspberries and steel. Powerful and savory. From 375. — 8 years ago

2013 vintage. Some green notes. Savoury spice and oak. Decent finish. High acidity. Bit unbalanced. — 9 years ago
There's Sancerre then there is stuff like this. We import Vatan, so I can't say it's the best SB in the book, but it's certainly one of the best. Rare that I can drink SB. — 10 years ago
