Colore giallo paglierino chiaro, naso intrigante e complesso con note floreali, balsamiche, un ritorno di pesca bianca e uva sultanina, in bocca morbido, pieno, con giusta acidità e finale molto buono. OK. So. This wine caused issues because I bought it for several friends and the first who tried it said it was "really sweet". Then I had to try it. It is NOT really sweet. It IS very fruit-forward with lemons and limes but also lots of minerals - petrol and honey without the sweetness. Def some yeast. Medium golden color, fine and persistent bubbles. I like it!
