Den här champagnen hade två saker. 13 år (!!!) på sin andra jäsning och succéåret 2002. Härligt att få testa något med påtaglig ålder. Har toner av mintchoklad (typ After Eight), bördighet och lite lagom mineral. Moussen var lite klen och frukten kändes lite för krallig i detta exemplar. Day and night compare to the 2008 Kupfergrube which was almost flat. This is one of Florians best sites if not the best. Quince mandarine zest. My son thinks vanilla and I concur it has a hint of it. But the essence is really orange blossoms yes they are just now blooming in our garden that's it! Beautifully slight bitter tinge one of the best whites i had this year. — 9 years ago
