Less complex than Carpano Antica. This vermouth chinato has loads of dry orange peal, dark molasses and a hint of tamari. It is quite tasty. — 11 years ago
The red version. Real nice balance of sweet and bitter with a subtle liquorish note. Really like the Acha vermouths. — 11 years ago

Excellent. Pleasantly bitter with a dark chocolate finish. Try using it in place of sweet vermouth in an Anejo tequila manhattan with Fee brothers Aztec chocolate bitters — 11 years ago
