tart acids in front with no fruit--after ten minutes, the acidity melded into the background and gorgeous fruit and tertiary elements filled nose and palate, becoming a gorgeous bottle of red Burgundy--more finesse than expected from a Gevrey. Stunning wine. — 10 years ago
