Magnolia Italian Restaurant - Caicos 2016
Year of bottle ? Maybe 2012 — 8 years ago
Right out of the bottle faint post rain rock, moss, and leather first pour nose showing deep red front-mouth fruit with youthful tannins that will coax your tongue to the roof of your mouth and groovy acid slowing things down letting the moment linger, penetrate, and compliment the amazing meatballs served up by Ben Barker (of Magnolia Grill Durham) at his son's amazing new pizzeria, in Carrboro, NC (do not miss!!)
More on this wine soon, but @13% alcohol and low $s, it's good stuff for sure! — 8 years ago
Magnolia or dogwood blossom, bees wax, honeydew melon, dried apricot and a touch of petrol. Palette is lively with grapefruit acid, and weight. Interesting balance between the two. Focused and clean wine with a long tangy citrus finish. — 9 years ago
(***) yellow delicious apple, lemon sponge cake, white magnolia suspended in a delicately dry mouse. — 9 years ago
Really enjoyed this. Not to sweet, not too dry. — 9 years ago
Lots of Apple and pear with a hint of magnolia. Great drinking Sav Blanc for hot Texas day. Look forward to my next bottle. — 10 years ago

Boxler produced a tactile Brand Riesling in 2015 - chalky textured, with flavors of magnolia petal, orange blossom, rosewater, and candied ginger. Dynamite. — 6 years ago
Southern sour ? — 8 years ago
Harlan juice. Very rich, plush rendition of Cab Sauv. Dark fruits and silky tannins dominated. — 8 years ago
I was a little apprehensive at first. First impression was its a bit watery. Let it breathe. Beautiful mineral with one of the best lemon finishes i'v had. Somewhere in between is a magnolia/floral/lavender note. This is a great summer wine. I'd get this one again for sure. — 8 years ago
Tried another bottle of this and it is better than I gave credit to the first bottle🍷🍷🍷 — 9 years ago

Loved. 610 Magnolia — 8 years ago
Beautifully fresh and vibrant. Lychee. Magnolia blossom. This could go ten more and still be great — 8 years ago
Merengue to sea sponge crown gets downright "swissy" then steadily decomposing to cirrocumulus postures. Honey, pineapple and candied lemon complement innately, sugary grapefruit follows, shimmering under a soft snowfall of magnolia blossom, honeysuckle and honeydew, then teasing away from a coquettish sweetness through marmalade to a wooden knot brimming with shadowy crisps of burnt brown sugar, cinnamon and tobacco leaf, with just a cursory sip of lemon iced tea. Fragrant, multi-faceted and loaded with mind food. — 8 years ago

Very sweet. Great taste and very cheap at $7 — 9 years ago
Very smooth, velvety. Excellent wine for the money. — 9 years ago
It's hard not to keep coming back to this for 10 bucks. Such exceptional value. A very convincing case for Loureiro as my favorite Vinho Verde grape, even more than Alvarinho. So floral and delicate, white peach, dew, magnolia. So fresh. Anselmo Mendes knows what he's doing. This should be twice the price. — 9 years ago
Magnolia blossom and grilled burger nose. Bright red and mixed fruits on palate. Sweet, ripe fruit, fine tannin. Mid length. — 10 years ago
