Cranberry and turkey on crostini (with gravy)/gf cracker. Best Thanksgiving pairing. A Malbec if you're a Cab fan. Zinfandel likes Brisket. Great with spicy or fatty foods. Acidic. Lighter in weight and color. Missing some of the skin and should be lighter. Really good with Turkey.
