Amazing with seafood on a hot day! Beautiful wine!! — 5 years ago
Heavy oaked version of the famously rare grk grape. Fabulous. — 6 years ago
Easily the best-balanced dry rose we’ve had in Croatia. From the winery in Lumbarda on Korcula island, about 15 USD. Nothing wrong with this. :)

Unexpected complexity. Long beautiful finish — 6 years ago
Very dry, slightly acidic. Ok. — 7 years ago
Not knowing much about Croatian wine, we asked the advice of our waiter who's knowledge clearly exceeded the requirements of the majority of his job. A beautiful crisp, clean wine with a great balance of dry vs. fruit. — 8 years ago
Not an obvious choice, a Rukatac from Korčula. But a v. nice one.
V. Mediterranean nose with white peach, melon and dried herbs. A lot of them. Plus a salty whiff. Very fresh.
On the palate this shows medium body and a stony, salty backbone. Juicy acidity, yellow fruits, nice balance & flow. At 12.5% alc this is a chilled delight and very food friendly.
A v. nice discovery! — 3 years ago
Very interesting wine very smooth slightly spicy — 5 years ago
Really fruity, full bodied and easy to drink. — 6 years ago
Fabulous bottle, deep golden hue, with a gentle honeyed lemony palette and a good bit of barnyard funk on the nose. Heavily enjoyed it — 6 years ago
We actually had the crno in korcula. amazing wine - light, but firm, with a bouquet of figs and roses. if you are in aterina in korcula - get it. — 7 years ago
A wonderful representation of Plavac Mali, a close relative of Zinfandel in the States and Primitivo of Italy. Very austere for a 2012 but complex with dusty, forest floor notes and stewed black fruit. Wonderful with the homemade pasta that is only made here on the island of Korčula. — 8 years ago
Moderate to full body, buttery but smooth taste, low acidity, grapefruit nose — 8 years ago
Always fun but perhaps a bit youthful at the moment. Great cocktail wine. — 5 years ago
Grk is a fascinating grape. The vines need intervention of another grape varietal to pollinate, as all the Grk plants are female. The vineyard is planted to mixed rows of red and white grapes.
Abundant floral and citrus aromas bound from the glass. On the tongue the wine is very dry with stone, gentle herb, and pith flavors. Definitely food friendly. I’m certain this is a wine many vintners can get wrong, but I am pleased with this wine. — 5 years ago
White wine of the week in Croatia.. summer fruits with a lovely acid backbone. Perfect for seafood lunch under the trees. Cheers — 6 years ago
