Excellent Chardonnay, Well rounded, White fruits, kiwi, melon, vanilla, butter and Oak. — 7 years ago
My last bottle of the 2012. Dense purple red. Plum, red fruit and a little earth/funk in the nose. Raspberry, boysenberry, plum and cola in mouth, tart, mild skin astringency on finish with lemon, plum and cola in aftertaste. A nice Central Coast Pinot with character, produced by Reluctant Wine Co. — 8 years ago
Very nice with my BT Steak. — 9 years ago
Raisins and leather on the nose. Slightly sweet. Taste begins sweet and caramel; very full. Slightly alcohol forward. Dries out late with hints of oak and smoke. As someone else said, it's like the offspring of bourbon and rum. — 6 years ago

2014 Vintage Lot 130 — 8 years ago
The wine has a golden color. On the nose there’s a touch of smokiness with aromas of apple, pineapple, butter, caramel and walnut. It’s full bodied with a buttery mouthfeel but still has a sharp, piercing acidity. There’s flavors of pineapple, vanilla, banana and ginger. It finishes with some heat, spicy ginger, and pineapple. — 8 years ago

Tastes of blackberry and a little cocoa. The wine is velvety smooth with an excellent finish. This wine fights way above its weight. I agree with other users that it seems like a wine costing $25 or more, not $10. — 6 years ago
