Love my English sparkling ✨ and this one is such a stunner!!! Happy New Year from London! — 9 years ago
1995 vintage Zinfandel. Firm upper cork gave way a bit on the inside lower half inch but removed it all with a little care. That cork was Tight for twenty years. Must have been bold when young. It was pale light red, almost heavily faded but smelled sweet. Not as sweet to the taste but a mellow and a hint of cranberry after airing out. Dry. — 10 years ago
ESB. Arômes floraux et de noisette. En bouche, un malt noisette et accompagne d'une légère amertume et d'un houblon floral. Les tout balance à merveille. Tout est dans la finesse dans cette bière. Une ESB incontournable. — 10 years ago
The name almost had me turned off but the bitterness is quite mild. A very impressive ale, refreshing as drinking an iced tea! — 11 years ago

Out at the winery we gave it a taste. Very nice. England is making some great sparkling wines. Picked up a magnum of their 2004. — 11 years ago

2000 vintage. From Jay. 2000 Bartolo Mascarello - Brief Note from Galloni Historical Retrospective Held in London April 26, 2016. Black fruits, Black cherry with some menthol. Good sweetness on the entry. Good acidity. Weak on the rear pallet. Finish is somewhat weak. Nice ruby colour. More in the style of what Maria Teresa's father than her. Fruit is much more muted. It has integrated well over the years from the initial barnyard aromatics that it displayed when initially bottled. Drink no to 2020. 89/100 — 10 years ago

Very dark, but smooth and bubbly and not as heavy as it appears. Tasty and easy to drink like a lager with notes of chocolate. — 11 years ago
