Really like it. Full of fruit. — 7 years ago
A still cidre from Le Pelut, quite tight on opening, overnight it opened up and more fruit has emerged. It's a very interesting drink, funky, lanolin, subtle apple, good acid, some tannin. — 8 years ago

亜硫酸なしの完全ビオ。保存難しくすぐ飲む。味途中で変わるしおいしい。 — 8 years ago
The nose displayed a dark and fascinating bouquet of crushed blackberry, smoke, grilled meats, animal musk, mint leaf, and floral undergrowth. On the palate, I found fresh and vibrant textures offset by rich red fruits, granular minerality, hints of pepper, inner floral and earth tones. The finish was long, resonating on a mix of wild berries, spice and savory herbs. — 8 years ago
Needs more time in the bottle. Fresh but restrained. Llandoner Pelut (hairy Grenache) and Syrah. Was nice on day2 and better day3. — 11 years ago

From one of the Languedoc-Roussillon's most exciting young négociants, Hecht & Bannier's Côtes du Roussillon Villages demonstrates excellent varietal character - a classic, rustic expression of Grenache from this corner of the Med. Flavors of almond dust, warm plums, licorice, raspberry and blanched sweet herbs expand to a rather girthy mid-palate, nuanced by a subtle minerality and animale character that informs the finish. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Lledoner Pelut. — 6 years ago
