One Acre Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2021

Fantastic Pinot from one of my favorite producers. Very small vineyard from the Anderson Valley area. So elegant, enjoy now or hold for a few years, both will be amazing. — 2 months ago

Les Larmes Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2018

A light to medium weight palate. Tasted blind Barb thought Victorian ie. Giant Steps or Bass Phillip and I must admit that could be so. Savoury red fruits, cherry, raspberry - a burnt toffee note. Soft, smooth fine tannins. A slight hint of tarriness. A good Pinot if not a little expensive. Michael McNamara one of the owners of Prince Wine Store said “one of the best Pinots in 2020”. — 5 months ago

A bit surprised Lattorai makes it to you down under. These get better with a bit more time, 4-6 yrs. Cheers. 🍷

I tend to agree David with your Drinking Window. I was following Jancis Robinson’s window of 2019 to 2024.

Block E Wendling Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018

A captivating tour de force for Cali Pinot. A powerful, dense and firm wine laced with elegance and balance. Enjoy its presence as a ‘wild’ personality for Ted’s portfolio. Links blackberry preserves, sarsaparilla, cherry bark, crushed rocks and tannin. Still supple with sweet tones at year 5 and will age well. — 5 months ago
