A somewhat muted nose at this point with notes of citrus and wet stone. Juicy and quite dry on the palate with lots of minerality. Much dryer on the palate than the 2014 vintage. Light, juicy flavors of lemon, lime and a touch of peach lead to big, bright acidity and lots of crunchy wet stone and slate notes. The finish is long and very crisp with lots of bright acidity. Was excited to see this on the list. A very French style of Cab Franc - but a nice balance of savory and fruit. A touch sour but very smooth, round and refreshing. Was excellent with food (beet tartare).
