Aggelis Liatiko Red Dry Wine 2017

One of my favorite (young) liatikos ever. Super bright acidity. — 5 years ago

Oikonomou Winery

Crete Liatiko Rosé 2014

more like a light Pinot with a surprisingly full texture. I like their white the best, but everything they do is way interesting. — 8 years ago

Crete Liatiko 2006

Insanely complex. Starts out meaty with chalky crushed candy heats on the nose. On the palate, hints of fresh plums persist but maraschino cherry and dried fig take over. Salami, anise, pink peppercorn, straw, dried rose petal, tar, tobacco, leather. — 7 years ago

Psithiros Rosé Blend

Grenache Rouge/Syrah blend. Dry. Slight berries, faint tingle on the tongue, long mouth feel. Not a great wine, but eminently drinkable with cretan meatballs and pork chops. — 9 years ago
