Really tasty rose, plenty of berries up front, some meaty fullness on the palate, refreshing but not bracingly acidic. On the full-bodied end, especially for a rose. — 7 years ago
Earthy, leather, bright raspberry with medium tannins. Very well balanced red. Can taste the oak a bit gives a bourbon carmelized taste — 8 years ago
The rosés of the Rhone River region often present as delicate little flowers. Soft aromas waft from the glass but don't discount their complexity. They may tease you with their perfume then they pull you in with their many surprises of earth, white truffles and crispness. We delighted in their many faces as we tried one after the other whilst floating on the River Rhone. No two were alike. And this one stood up to them all. We enjoyed this bottle in April of 2013 in the South of France. — 9 years ago

Monday evening Rosé.... why not! Lovely notes of strawberry, super refreshing. Purchased from #MadameClaudeW — 7 years ago
Rosé is often overlooked and considered as a sugary byproduct of red winemaking. Not in Tavel, an appellation that produces nothing but rosé. Salmon colour. Stony, mineral notes with hints of almonds. Dry, full bodied, with nice acidity. Drink slightly chilled. — 8 years ago
Excellent full body rosé. Long finish after opening for 15-20 minutes. Complimented equally by salmon or by veal. This is how rosé is supposed to be. — 8 years ago

부르고뉴를 별로 좋아하지는 않는데, 생각보다 마시기 괜찮았다. 적당히 프루티했고.. 식전에 마셔서 더 좋았던 것 같다.

What a wonderful Rośe from Domaine Tavel the de Bois. I know I drank the wine colder than it should be consumed, but what a guilty pleasure, the nose had a hint of raspberry soda, and the palate was like an explosion of a dry adult raspberry soda, and withe the French bread & tomatoes with basil, I could not have asked for anything better!!! — 6 years ago
