Is geen Crèmant!! Maar de Pinot Blanc.
Ganzengors, euro 16.95.
Kleur; goudgeel
Geur; complex, abrikoos, bloemig, kruifig, iets van amandel
Smaak: vol en veel en rijk, met zachte zuren, volle smaak met iets van abrikoos, mandarijn, amandelbitter, toch ook fris. Erg lekker! — 9 years ago
Open for 24. Wild Strawberry nose and through out the palette. Simple light, so easy drinking. Love the pink wax top on the bottle. — 9 years ago
Fabulously earthy, bright fruit: inexpensive Rhone red. Biodynamic, unfiltered, no sulphur added. — 10 years ago

Seriously, this incredible six plus year Pinot was just $25. Certified Biodynamic to boot. Smooth tannins and bright acidity. — 5 years ago
Drank 8/2/18. Nice pairing with Chicken Picatta.
2nd wine of Domaine De Chevalier. This is the white, although the red was nice as well.
Nose of lemon, toasted oak, and minerals. Flavors of citrus accompanied by toast and some wood notes. Nice acidity and medium to long finish. A little more complex, but less fresh and versatile the the "Clos de Lunes" line from the same winery. Depends what mood you are in
