Espectacular sauvignon blanc de Nueva Zelanda. Volcan aromatico de frutas tropicales tipicas de la variedad, excelente acidez y volumen, el unico pero seria algun matiz mineral en falta. — 12 years ago

Une belle couleur rubis sombre, des larmes généreuses. S'accorde trés bien avec des viandes fortes ou un peu relevées. — 10 years ago
This is the kind of wine that I want to discover every single time!! The best Gamay I have ever experimented! Definitely in love with this work.

Sauternes Reserve Souffre de Volcan 2005 - 100% Semillon - One more great Sauternes made by Alain Dejean, featuring the richness of the terroir with elegance - biodynamic farming - one of the very few producer who works with volcanic sulphur - a wine of anthroposoph 😐 — 11 years ago
Wow...exotic notes for this pacherenc. Pineapple, lime, vanilla, ripe mango. Amazing by it-self, dessert or more traditionally foie gras. — 12 years ago

A rare dessert wine I brought back from Switzerland. A passerillé made from Doral (hybrid of Chasselas and Chardonnay). Unctuous on the front and middle but gossamer on the finish. Good balance of acidity/sweetness. Mandarin orange and peach nectar. Touch of bitter orange too. — 11 years ago
