The 95 vintage was built for aging. Sauzet Montrachet wine is built for aging. This shows. The wine was perfect -it was alive an vibrant like a young wine. I knew the age but I could not believe it. The nose has a surprising molasses tone with stone fruits in the background. The wine had an incredibly long finish. This wine blew me away- completely!
