Three shades of Pinot. Texture and creamy heft, green apple, but cutting and determined. Some lil Debbie xmas tree cake but no sweetness. Honeydew and lilac — 8 years ago
First thing I notice is the golden color. Very floral, white flowers, can smell the green stem of a flower. Smells very hot, with mineral/shell/slate. Also smells sweet, honey suckle, and butterscotch. Must be oaked at least slightly. Tastes hot, high acidity, citrus notes/grapefruit. Very juicy as well, in guava, pineapple, tropical fruits for sure, and green grapes. Also low mouth feel, aka thin, but it is refreshing. I've never tried either of these grapes and really enjoy it. Dry Gros Manseng with its lovely nutty, honeyed, oxidative character. Beautiful deep golden color. Great acidity. — 11 years ago
Purposely tried it without ice first. It was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, a good champagne. Once ice was added, it turned into a totally different champagne for me. It became less fruity and felt so refreshing. — 11 years ago

1st off surprised at the complex nose. Petrol, subtle oak and aged.cheddar cheese. Some subtle herbs as well. Mouth feel is rather viscous. A touch of apples being sautéed in butter with a hint of dill. Sounds strange but it works. Has potential to hang on for a couple more years. — 10 years ago

Millesime 2014 etiquetté sous vin de france mais la qualité elle ne bouge pas. Ce problème d'appellation du a un refus des syndicats de Vouvray. Cette querelle en vers le vigneron ne changeras en rien de la splendeur de ce vin. Belle tention sans de verdeur, belle maturité bref que du bonheur — 11 years ago
