This is a 2011 vintage. Brilliant golden yellow, of medium hue and intensity. Phenomenal nose of aromas of latex and lime peel, and limestone. Great presence, with very, very long passage and array of flavors. Phenomenal acidity with great grip on the palate that really makes you salivate. Very food worthy wine. Delicious cherry flavors in a beautiful composition that pleases the palate with every sample. Long passage, very admirable, and delicious acidity that supports all that delicious fruit. Quite creamy, full bodied ale, quite harmonious and polished in its faily long and complex passage.
