This comes from a site planted en fou, biodynamicaly cultivated and made sans soufre. Yes indeed- it has hit all of the current trends and might predict a future one... and it is still good. At 10% alcohol--with I'm guessing 60+ g residuals--the last 9 years leave an impression that is both sweetly-floral and quenching. Not sweet enough to be sticky on the palette, this is akin to peach honeysuckle sherbet. If you're lucky to have one of these tucked away, enjoy it on a bluebird mountain day. — 8 years ago
