This is a really good red blend. With every sip I find a new flavor. Rich and silky. A fine finish. One of Long Island’s best. — 8 years ago
Vintage 1990 - ripened tuilé colour, beautiful cherries in smell, as well as spicyness (laurel), pencil shavings, plums, minerals. Good balance, vitality, nice acidity and quite round at the moment. A Point. Long aftertaste. Classic. Was beautiful drinking, decanted it. With risotto al porcini. — 9 years ago

Fresh and lean. Like biting into chalk covered cranberries. Perfect summer quaffer — 12 years ago
Slight hint of reduction that faded with 30 mins. Darker fruit profile than expected, considering the light color and low alcohol. 12.5%. well crafted, well balanced. Great value — 8 years ago
Really great cab. Had it at Laurel Rock with moussaka. Smooth, complex, velvety. — 9 years ago
One of my favorite blends!! I love the Bordeaux style. Great tannins and fruit! Low acid and smooth finish. Delicious notes of black cherry and plum. I love this wine. — 9 years ago

Tastes more expensive than it is. Thank you Stew Leonard's. Classic full bodied cab with a little fruit start and a bit of pepper finish. Nice mouth feel. Very drinkable. — 11 years ago
Much better after decanting. Soft tannins with a bold middle.

Very pretty. Smokey. A bit too much smoke perhaps. Great mineral and white flowers. Has some power under the hood. — 12 years ago

Under appreciated in the extreme - Laurel Glen produces superb and distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma Mountain. This is their Lot44 - essentially a reserve version. Find some! — 7 years ago
