I have been a longtime fan of Isabelle Meunier's wines. 2011, in General was a more difficult vintage, yet Meunier's Blue Label Pinot retains the elegance I have come to associate with her wines. Effortlessly focused with notes of raspberry, crushed stone and lavender. The core is red fruit, minerality and fine tannins. A wonderful effort in an otherwise challenging vintage. — 13 years ago
