13' Aubert CIX. Decant for an hour. I can't find anything wrong with this. From the color & nose ,to the 10 different things I taste. The extremely long & inviting finish. Only thing I'm thinking is...may I have another glass please. Aubert single vineyard Chardonnays...you can't get enough of these wines!

Better than Richie Vineyard? Not there yet but need to give that another try. Great aromatics and a finish that just keeps going and I know I'm drinking a white. Trying to figure out if it's what I ate or if there is a hint of smoke on this. Maybe just wishing for one. — 8 years ago

I'm still partial to the Ramey Richie but this is a very big wine that probably needed way more air and time that I gave it. Talk about a wine that needs a decant. Once it opened in the glass wonderful although it never had the nose I was hoping to go with it. I'm rating it higher than I did last time but must be getting old since I said I was going to hold these... not sure two months is considered holding? — 8 years ago
