After meeting "Rebecca", the amazing rosé from Kacaba's, and having my mind changed about not liking rosés, I've been searching for another one that suits my palate. We found it this week at Cooper's Hawk Vineyard, on the north shore of Lake Erie, on Pelee's doorstep. A nice, bright, dry rosé with a clean finish, and a gorgeous amber colour; another one that evokes memories of laughter on a summer patio with good friends and good food. — 10 years ago
