Think: "Wood fired pizza With prosciutto, smoked tomtoes and the edges of the pizza were burnt."
Spiciness, meaty, more earthy, medium bodied but good weight. Some nice acidity. Floral but not really a fruity wine. Dry but not as intense where you can't seem to take another sip. For being as earthy as it is the softness from it really gives a strong but balanced contrast. — 11 years ago
