Lovely Malbec with a nose of cherry and plum/prune, vegetal notes, and black pepper. Strong oak on the palette carries the pepper and fruit through. Medium- acid. Bought from Vines of Mendoza and this may be one of their best, and certainly not be priciest. — 8 years ago
Wow Uruguay keeps delivering!!! Excellent Tempranillo Tannat blend — 9 years ago
A rich complex intriguing wine. Dark fruit, nut and pepper. Tannins but not too much. Really amazing value, and for 7 years old still tastes incredibly vibrant. — 9 years ago

Blackberry, smoky. Deserves to be open for like 45 mins before serving. — 7 years ago
Wonderful balance. Merlot and Tempranillo counterweight the heavy Tanat. Still, a meaty wine for read meats. Velvety and round tho. Some blackberries and forest fruits - little tanine. — 8 years ago
Amazing! citrus notes and crisp and salty palate, Med body, very well balanced — 8 years ago

All native Portuguese grapes made a very good wine. Rich, floral, and tart. I’d almost call it savory. — 5 years ago
