Der Pinot Noir ist ein fruchtbetonter, saftiger Rotwein mit gut integrierten Vanille- und Rauchnoten. Am Gaumen zeigt er intensive Kirscharomen mit feinen, granularen Tanninen. Als ich den Wein auf der Terrasse im Weingut probierte, merkte ich, dass er hier in seinem Element ist. Not sure that's accurate because I bought it to take away at a cave in Montpeyroux and didn't stop to ask questions, but adds up with the savoury/herbal full-but-firm thing it's got going on.
