This wine is so outside my norm, but, then again, so is onion enhanced mayonnaise, fresh farm butter, cod beignets,...:). In any case, come to this place priding itself in hospitality and organic everything!!! Reminds me a bit of Asheville, NC:). Ok, so the nose on this wine is one of the best I have ever huffed, with a bit of effervescence on first blush in the mouth that fades as the wine opens.
