Was it Burgundian?
With the beef especially, it was lithe, nuanced & sexy, with silky tannins almost reminiscent of.... Though on its own, more concentrated & purple, with savory spice qualities. I'm going for another cut of butt though, you know?
Nice. Pretty much how I remember it - concentrated and spicy.
