Marc, I was just trying to get Delectable to acknowledge Gallina in the wine's description. By the way...this is my first experience with this wine from Giacosa. You've had it more than once, and I'm the lucky bastard?! Lol
I was more admiring your patients than anything else. I think all the bottles I has were under a decade old.

Marc, the wine was my friend's. It was stellar. We had it over the course of four hours, and it just kept on getting better.

Wow. A bottle that could change a lot of minds about Sherry. Beautiful nutty aromas along with almost everything else you would expect from Finos all the way through Pedro Ximénez. Sweet yet dry, creamy yet saline, smokey and caramel-y. I'm now a fan. — 12 years ago
